The Administration Department, which includes Human Resources and Industrial Relations management, will implement the administrative procedures of CONSTRUCTORA NAJOMI to direct the areas of: accounting, payroll, personnel recruitment, transportation, accommodation, maintenance of facilities on site and any other responsibility detailed in the Administration Management Plan, having the following main responsibilities:
- Maintain salary settlements with their respective signatures, indicating the workers’ agreement.
- Prepare and deliver Labor Terms Letters to workers and the Labor Department.
- Create, study and propose contingency options.
- Receive information about staff training needs.
- Report any non-conformity of re-liquidation during the first five days of the month.
- Receive complaints and concerns from workers and take action on them.
- Follow up on staff interviews, alcohol tests, doping, medical exams, inductions. All with the support of the Project’s Human Resources and Industrial Relations Representative.
- Keep pre-occupational medical exams on file, and request renewal of expiring exams.
- Prepare and formalize the Project salary strategy.
- Recruitment of personnel.
- Maintain the project in accordance with the Labor Law and submit all personnel forms to the indicated government departments on time.
- Have all the information completed and in order for the audit processes
