MATERIALS HANDLING AND SUPPLY PLAN
CONSTRUCTORA NAJOMI will establish an experienced team in the Project that will ensure full compliance with the supply of applicable local and imported materials in accordance with the Project specifications and as required by the client, with the verification of technical specifications of the materials according to the Engineering details, supplier selection, placement of requisition and purchase order, shipment of materials, handling and transportation to the site until the delivery of each item to its corresponding work area.
Our Supply and Materials Handling department will have the following main responsibilities:
- Planning of Project acquisitions.
- Maintain an updated list of purchase orders, including placement dates, payment conditions and delivery of materials.
- Prepare and present list of construction equipment and necessary tools that will be mobilized to the project.
- Carry out review and inspection of materials in the warehouse.
- Detail storage methods for special materials and tools.
