CONSTRUCTORA NAJOMI’s Quality Assurance and Control Program focuses on ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specifications that apply to each case. Our Company has implemented and registered quality practices that allow us to complete and deliver a product with the highest level of quality, improving the standards of our company to the point of placing us as leaders in the market.
CONSTRUCTORA NAJOMI will present, included in the technical proposal, our specific Quality Management plan for the civil works of the projects being tendered by ELECNOR.
To ensure specific Quality issues, CONSTRUCTORA NAJOMI is associated and works with the following leading certified companies and laboratories in the country.
The following tasks are part of the responsibility of our Quality Assurance and Control department that would be established on site:
- Provide quality products and services in accordance with applicable standards.
- To implement improvements
- Follow up on labor inspections.
- Verification of equipment certifications.
- Prepare and implement work method procedures.
- Follow up on Construction protocols with the Client.
- Verification of material specifications.
- Prevent deficiencies through coordination of quality control in the pre-construction stage.
- Detect and correct deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Carry out periodic training.
- Perform and monitor Electrical and Mechanical tests with the Test Matrix.
- Provide a verifiable record of all tests, inspections, procedures, inspections, certifications, nonconformities and any other necessary documents.
- Delivery/Issuance of Inspection Reports.
- Delivery/Issuance of Non-Conformity Reports.
- Quality Audits.
- Preparation and submission of Delivery Documents at the closing of the Project.
